I am a Tool and Die Maker by trade. Now doing Technical Support for a Medical Mfg. Co. Any sort of thing goes wrong in my factory, I get there first. Can't fix it within fifteen minutes, get on the horn, set up something with other resources. Been there 'bout 12 years already.
