I don't run the servo with the stock exhaust and manage to get by... If you want I'll make you a little circuit you can plug in to replace the servo and keep the lights off. They're like $50 if you buy them online, I'll do $25 shipped.

Thanks man and I'll keep that in mind but have read without it you loose some bottom end? It was just an idea I've been tossing around in my head.

Honestly I'm not really sure... The servo was broken on my bike when I got it so I just pulled it out to save space. I tried messing with the valve by wiring it in various positions to add back pressure, but that just seemed to kill the power so idk. I really want to ditch the super heavy and ugly stocker and fab up a custom exhaust system so I'm not going to sweat messing with it.

762SPR will set ya up... Your timing gets turned down 3 degrees when the FI light is on. I'd just buy the mod from him. The servo is more work to rig up than 25 bucks worth of time imo...
