Vic's 03/04 half steel frame RE-build

Got some more work done. chopped exhaust and mounted. radiator on. front brake calipers on with new pads. vortex clipons. new trottle tube and grips. and all the stuff on the bars mounted.

More work done today. i wrapped the forks in black duct tape. i don't think it looks half bad. rear sets on. NDC bracket installed. Im having trouble getting it to sit right. I ground down the lower screw on the adapter, which helped a little bit. The thing is the rotor screws are still hitting the back of the bracket.
Should i take the shell off and grind down the heads of the bolts a little? the wheel will spin, but it still hits. any advice?

I see where you have a ndc customs bracket on your 03 04 swingarm??? Did you have to special order that?? I went on there website and they only had it for 05 06 swingarm

So i Finally got oil in it and all the liquids it needed. i started it up on the second or third try after i realized i forgot to plug in the injector plug i think. the one behind the radiator on the front of the engine. i took it out for a test ride and the triple tree stem was loose so hopefully i took car of that. also one of the bolts broke off in my vortex clip on so now i have to figure that out. the chopped exhaust sounds pretty good too.
