Dude my bike was built on hohey, its hit or miss. Sometimes ur shit might get in within a week or 3 months.
But they got NO customer service.

I ordered a top triple and MX bars and risers from Hohey about 2 weeks ago now and have not heard anything not even a email to say whats happening.
I am from AUSTRALIA and want to know if they will show up or what I sent them over $400!!

Hey mate, im from brisbane, ordered a StreetFighterz 4 Piston Dual Caliper Bracket for my F4i 2 weeks ago also, and when i log in and check my order progress, all it says is processing! So we're both in the same boat i'm afraid, lets hope they didn't get $600 from oz for nothing!

Its sad how poor most of the service is from a lot of stunt related companies.. I try to buy parts from the ones that are active in the community.. An actively use this sight. I have a hohey big rotor kit but i bought it from a member of the forum.. I would probably never consider ordering parts from their site because of the fact hey have no online presence.

We usually get the HoHey stuff within 2 days if we don't have it in stock. If HoHey is out usually takes about 1-2 weeks for them to get a production run finished up.

Hohey sucks with the customer support. I got my shit after 3 months almost. It was winter...

thats whats really stupid tho, you shouldn't have to go to a different company to order from another company, most anyone would think going direct would be your quickest and best way to do it and it should be but that speaks volumes on hohey also.

This. Also curious as to how theyve supported stuntride? I havnt seen anything posted directly from them or any giveaways unless they are paying for advertising?
