Motor swap 03 to 05 r6

Im picking up an 03 r6 and wanted to know if the motor will bolt up into my 05 frame...i know parts are the same but are the motor mounts the same?

Yes but you will either have to swap the TBs to the ones on the '03 motor you are pulling or get an '05 ECU. TBs are 2mm larger and the fuel map is different on the '05 and with an 03 or any R6s ECU the bike will run like poop.

Yes i was planning on swapping the tbs from the 05 to the new motor and thanks for the info
