Alright, you're obviously new so I'll answer this in the least asshole way possible. First, use the search button, you'll find hundreds of threads on this. If that doesn't work make sure that you give us more info. What're you looking for? What kind of experience do you have? There are soooo many different handbrake setups out there and none are better than any other, some are just better suited for certain people and types of riding. If you're super new don't worry about a handbrake yet. learn footbrake. By the time you've learned footbrake you'll have enough experience to know what you really need out of a handbrake....

im not super new i know how to use the foot brake i know how to google shit but this will be my first hand brake i should have been a lil more specific in asking what ones r better a dual caliper or a single for a person new to it but i could have clarified it better

On a serious note, a bracket with a four piston caliper for the handbrake will get you far.
As for brand go with one that you like.

I didn't mean google it. Use the search feature on the forum. There are lots and lots of threads. Like a few others said, single piston fb, 4 piston hb is pretty standard for most people
