Custom 636 Shorty Exhaust

So here is my custom short side exit exhaust on my 06 zx6r, I hated the big stock can under the tail so I decided to do something about it. I took my stock zx10r muffler and cut a good 8in off of it and kept as much internals as I could to reduce sound. Had to cut the cat out and reweld the headers to be able to angle the new exhaust out just right... here are pics I took during the build

hell yeah im in the process of setting it up now. Should be ready to go by spring. I will probably be moving to Belleville or fairview heights though.

haha me too, my cousin did all the welding... but I don't think it will last because we used the wrong wire for the stainless steel
