yes. You just need to find an FFL in your are for me to ship to. He will do your background check. There are FFL locators on the web. Find one with a cheap transfer fee. If you can find one that charges $15 you'd be good. I wouldn't pay more than that.

Is that for long guns only? I was under the impression I couldn't get a hand gun anywhere else.

I can ship any gun anywhere. YOU cant buy a hand gun in person out of state, it has to be shipped to an FFL. Long guns are different. I am pretty sure you can do a face to face sale in any state.
