04 636 stunt setup

I enjoy "build" threads but as far as i knew its not really a build when you are just assembling things... Building would be actually fabricating stuff and making your own parts.. So im going to just call this a project. Anyhow i have a background with cars and trucks.. Ive built a few bagged mini trucks and what not and im an auto collision technician by trade.. I recently got into stunting and have yet to even catch idle.. I bought Rowdys old 08 RR and tried to learn on that which wasnt going well at all so i took peoples advice and bought this beast.

2004 stock 636 the only thing it had was a pipe and a loose cam chain. Paid $2000 for it cause it had been laid down lightly.. fairing have cracks in them but are still completely functional. Basically all i have done thus far is adjust the stock cam chain tensioner, chop the upper and tail for a 1 bar, clean air mod, and installed sick 7 degree clip ons. I have a 05+ swing arm and hohey big rotor setup on the way with a brembo caliper and Nissan caliper and a stunter x key relocation bracket.

Future plans are of course cage, subcage, master for HB, sprocket and chain setup, steel braided lines, 05+ wheels and front end, HT moto seats possibly, and a custom tank. Theres more to come than that but im gonna leave it there for now.

Update:
Got my hohey big rotor kit and got a 07-08 swingarm surprise as i thought i was getting one from an 06... i like this one better just not sure about the 1" inch wheel base change.. Anyways more pics all though i dont think anyone is to intrigued by this thread.

Thanks! haha i gotta get some bearings in this swing arm and a rear wheel, if anyone can tell me how to figure out what size brake lines to run or if u have a 03 04 with similar setup give me a cheat sheet. I plan on picking up HEL brake lines for everything..

Contact HEL customer service they can guide u and tell u what u need if all else fails.. I have a Swingarm that needs bearings redone also

they prolly robbed em for something else .... and a 80inch line should be good for the handbrake.... hel should know the other dims as far as footbrake and front lines.

It puts it near the idle cable. Kinda reminds me of a cruiser.... an yea someone must of decided they were worth the trouble to punch out haha but ill def be hitting up HEL after i get some stuff done.. it's been so cold i dont wanna go outside after work and mess with anything... one day ill have me a little shop space.

Just a word of advice... Those shitty handbrake brake pads you got are going to kill you.
