WTB clean title bike

Looking for a bike for my roommate, pretty simple only a few requirements:

must have clean title
must be running, no mechanical issues
I'm in Carbondale, IL 62901

Does NOT have to be street legal, we can wire up some lights ourselves for that

His budget is $2,500 so nothing for more than that since he needs money for plates, insurance and gear

i got an 03 636 clean title and never stunted hard, never even slammed on the cage hard. i just was gonna go to f4i im in west mi. id probly do 2500
