Setting Up an 05 zx6r

Hey guys I am getting ready set up a stock 05 zx6r. What cages, round bar, etc do you recommend me to get and where should I get them? Also what all like turning the idle up etc do I need to do. I'm going get a hohey set up for my rear hand brake. This first bike I've set up for it so I'm kinda clueless. Any. help be awesome. Thinking A Town, sick, or something along those lines for the cages

IMO u should start with a cage and u really cant go wrong with sick/atown/impaktec its mostly preference.

idk ur skill level. so i think going out and getting stunt parts your not going to use would be a waste of money... ie hohey handbrake etc..

keep it simple with just a cage and maybe a RSC lever..

again just IMO

u gotta learn how to crawl before u buy shoes..

By cruising threads like the 636 pic thread & the projects/build section you can kind of get a general consensus of whats popular for that bike.

bigger sprocket and impaktech cage to start off, pretty much what I have and I'm new to it. learn footbrake before getting into handbrake as MANY will say on here

Well I've been riding my 06 gsxr 1000 for a couple years now, and got another 06 gsxr 600 that I have a cage on now, but I can't get comfortable with laying it over or smacking the tail bc I'm worried about the frame all the time. So I went and jumped on this deal so I can get that out of my head and start playing more. I can ride wheelies but I want to slow stuff down and sorry I've been searching but parts and stuff change all the time. Plus read a few things on like impaktec that made me steer away from them I want a good cage I can order and expect to receive in a timely manner etc.
So that is why I put this up instead of just keep reading about it. I want ppl's opinion's today not how it was last year.

impaktek is a good cage. so is atown, on-point and sick innovations

False. I like to try and run before i crawl its faster that way!!!Buy everything if your really considering staying in the stunt game...get what YOU WANT!!! Don't let people tell you that you need this and that if you like something and think it will improve your stunt game get it set your bike up right! If you set your bike up the way YOU want it to be your confidence will be through the roof seriously! Stunting is mostly mental for me atleast and I found if I went with something that I like and feel that it will help me it not only gets my bike setup how I want but also incourages me to be confident in my riding and it's all personal preference so if YOU prefer atowns cages style to impaktech get it don't let other people tell you what's best for you

For cage I would go with tygershark. I used it on my first even stunt bike (05 636) and never had an issue. No cracks in frame or anything.

Thats why I mentioned IMO because everyone learns at there own pace.. I just think a person who has never stunted a bike out should go out and buy parts ur not going to need yet... but once ur skill level improves then go out and buy... i would think confidences comes from getting out there and making wheelies over and over and over and over agian..
