got stopped by a doucher cop

so i'm riding the 50 around my neighborhood today and i've got a few friends out and a bunch of the neighbors just chillin and having a good time. all of a sudden a cop rolls up, guess he lives a few buildings down, and threatens to arrest me and write me a ticket for doing wheelies on the 50. now i have a bone stock 50, no loud ass pipe, and i'm not pinging it. cop just starts being a douche. anyone know what the laws are in florida about riding the 50? i had a helmet on and full gear plus we were in the grass and my driveway.

i fuckin laughed at him when he asked if i wanted to be arrested. as politely as i could i told him that if he wanted to do the paper work to explain how a 6ft 2in 27 year old was riding a 50cc kids bike around then be my guest. he'd more than likely get laughed out of the precinct for that. idk

i wanna ride my 50 cuz i don't get much time to go stunt my big bike. but i don't need tickets for bullshit.

they cannot do a thing if its your property , you could be riding around a 450 if you wanted and he cant say anything and he was off duty??? sounds very odd....

as far as the law goes they are not street legal( which if you jump through all the hoops you can get a tag but then reg laws apply on the street) so you can not ride them on the public streets but an apartment complex being it is tech private property i dont think you can get a ticket but if you are in your yard drive way anything goes
