Redmond and kirkland cops are dicks. Highway patrol is usually on the i5 and 405 in the really busy corridors but everywhere else is usually clear.
Been real nice these past couple weeks. Last weekend was perfect for riding. Lots on sat, streets on sunday.

as of right now the plan is to load the bikes in the trailer along with the bed and my clothes the last weekend of April. my girl and I are going to take our time getting there checking out the country.

the first weekend of May just might be my introduction to the west coast scene

I've been in Seattle for about a year and I've been looking for an F4i on the cheap so I can get on with this already. Since there aren't any around here in my price range I'm going to have to settle for a carbureted stunt bike to start off with, maybe upgrade if I get any skill.
My CB750 is in the garage for the winter but if anyone wants to ride around here come spring, let me know. I have plans for a 2-3 day trip around the Olympic peninsula and I've heard there are some good twisties to the southeast near Kent.
One more thought: PGP is appealing to the state to get a license to race 600CC bikes, I don't know all the details but if I goes through next month, you'll be able to find me there on the weekends.

I'm in Seattle, just got an F3 which is torn down for the winter while I set it up. Come spring I'll be in the lot. PM me when it warms up a bit.

Anyone know of a good spot to live in (within like 20 min drive to downtown Seattle) doesn't matter if it's across the lake, north or south. We're coming out there for sure in three months and I'd like a lowdown of the clean and shady areas before I go gettin myself in trouble!

Eastside has nice areas. Bellevue is about 20 min away and pretty nice and safe but pricey. Issaquah and Redmond are a little further(25-30 min) but you will be able to find something cheaper there. You could go up north to lynwood/everett(20-30min) area. Houses there will be much cheaper. Same with if you were to go south. Hawaiian dave and a few other riders live down south around Puyallup area but youre lookin at a 45 min drive to seattle. Again cheaper housing. I'd stay out of south seattle, west seattle, and tacoma.

What are you looking at getting? House? Appt? You coming with family or just you?

Badass man, thanks. It's just my wife and I (two cats). We're looking to rent a house with a garage. Our friends live in Kirkland and it was cool but I really liked Bellevue while I was out there. Already marked off south Seattle from the view from the train to the airport lol.

We added the days up prior to watching the super bowl and we're looking at being there in 90 days, I know time's going to fly until we pack up the trailer.
