Brainstormed this on many boring nights at work. I think having all your eggs in one basket on this will pose a problem. You have one extreme sport might as well incorporate a few more. Like a skatepark, go karts, and such big enough to section off a small part got ramps or a track and leaving enough room inside for more than a handful of riders and the same outside. Might not make much sense but it's something to think about other than a bike shop. Make it fun for the people that don't ride too I guess, Like girl friends and wives.

Could throw comps, and make it a motorcycle safety course place where people can also lean the basics of motorcycle operation. Make it a drift course for cars if big enough. Use it as a venue to throw regular car/bike shows...have carnivals come

listen man, i live in a area where we got prob about 5 months of good riding weather, i have seriously considered this idea, not even to make money just to ride in the winters. but you need to find a big enough warehouse with enough ventilation. i have called a few spots and shot the idea around and even offered 5K A MONTH to rent and people still said no. i personally think its a good idea but i think the problem is for one people are broke, two are there enough stunt riders/wanna be riders in the area to generate enough cash to break even? i dont even care if i lost money just didnt lose my ass because as long as im riding idgaf if anyone else came.
