Indoor/outdoor Stunt Compound Feeler

Brainstormed this on many boring nights at work. I think having all your eggs in one basket on this will pose a problem. You have one extreme sport might as well incorporate a few more. Like a skatepark, go karts, and such big enough to section off a small part got ramps or a track and leaving enough room inside for more than a handful of riders and the same outside. Might not make much sense but it's something to think about other than a bike shop. Make it fun for the people that don't ride too I guess, Like girl friends and wives.

Provide rental Bikes and do something like a rider coach thing to reach out to new riders and get more involvement into the sport and motorcycle riding in general.

Could throw comps, and make it a motorcycle safety course place where people can also lean the basics of motorcycle operation. Make it a drift course for cars if big enough. Use it as a venue to throw regular car/bike shows...have carnivals come
In the meantimes lol

i was thinking about this, state loses money during the winter months because the motorcycle training courses are put off till spring, open it to the state during the weekdays for training classes/licensing etc. all these things being made year round i feel lke would bring in quite some $$

listen man, i live in a area where we got prob about 5 months of good riding weather, i have seriously considered this idea, not even to make money just to ride in the winters. but you need to find a big enough warehouse with enough ventilation. i have called a few spots and shot the idea around and even offered 5K A MONTH to rent and people still said no. i personally think its a good idea but i think the problem is for one people are broke, two are there enough stunt riders/wanna be riders in the area to generate enough cash to break even? i dont even care if i lost money just didnt lose my ass because as long as im riding idgaf if anyone else came.

im sure if you had a whole bike shop that worked and could get all parts and then another door to stunt warehouse to ride in that if people arent out back that you could generate enough business from the parts and service that it would pay for it that way,, that would be sweet. im considering doing it over in my area, i just need to find the right spot. getting the cash for me isnt a issue but finding the right spot and making sure it will be sucessful is lol. No one wants to lose money.
