U put bring in the tank for support when removing the whole top?? How are u putting in the check valves? I have the same cap as the green tank u posted

You need to extend the tank vent tube all the way to the top and put a check valve on it, if not the tank pressurises or if the vents to low it will piss gas out the overflow

Yep......gotta vent my tank all the time, manually. I haven't had an issue w/ it causing any issues. Just crack the cap and shut it down, just prior to a ride.
