I'm doing a flat top on an R6 right now for a guy, just cut the top and extended the vent line and put a check valve in, gotta finish the cut and then its down to welding it up with a non vented cap. Shitty thing about the R6 is the damn airbox comes up so high it makes it difficult to deal with. i'll put up a few pics when its done. Here's a 03/04 636 tank a did a while back.

I don't weld cuz I dont have a welder I just do fab mainly and have my friend weld it at his shop
