I know a few guys who run the cage and have nothing but good things to say about it. That's why I sent for it. I don't care if it takes a little longer then what he said but just be straight up and say it. I waited almost 5 months after I paid on bill from fti for the quick release hb bracket. Only difference was everytime I called or texted bill he would respond within 2 hours. Sometimes he would take it upon himself to call me and give me an update. Communication is the key I guess. Neal and I called him one time around 11pm cuz we couldn't figure out how the hub adapter lined up, turned out to be he sent the wrong one 3 days after I had the right one. I get what u saying tho. Can't wait to get mine

im not going to bash on him but i too had somewhat a lengthy wait till i got mine (almost 2months and i had to hit him up atleast once a week after i got curious about shipping info) although it is a great product and got another part and he overnight or maybe it was 2day shipping? i got it, but at the same time i was friends with him on facebook and during that time kept seeing posts about him getting parts for his truck, going to vegas, and other such things with the only thing i saw about impaktech was him getting a big batch done and the occasional person asking him to get a cage done or him going to hand deliver one to someone local (a buddy)

im hoping that i was the exception to impaktech where i had to wait that long and you get your cage soon

It took me 2 months to get my Gixxer parts from Impaktech!! But to make up for the wait he shipped me a free subcage... I wasn't mad after that! Lol

3 weeks now still waiting for a Tygershark cage. I waited 2 weeks for an impaktech last year. Im about to cancel my order with tygershark and go to ATC.

Yea same here, ordered gixxer stuff and took me a bit over a month to get here. But not gonna lie, had to keep bugging him about it like 3 times and every time was a different excuse but in the end I got my shit. Quality stuff tho.

it took ATC 4 days +my cage was powder coated!
thats why i say ATC + JBseatz have the best customer service and
