hohey big rotor upgrade question

Fyi guys some food for thought . When your pads come in contact with the whole rotor your pads last way longer . Buying a big rotor may seem like dropping a lot of coin to some but you save the money in pads ,

Thanks for the info! I think im gonna go ahead and buy a new big rotor. I wish there were more options of rotors though in the 250mm size.

Big rotor kits are boss...I went from stock rotor to big rotor with the same exact calipers and handbrake setup...the difference is huge

this and you don't want to one day end up touching the pads on top instead of the rotor

Right on. My bike came with the kit has a 600rr cal for the hb and a busa cal for the fb... but all the pads were gone and the big rotor was victim to no pad material metal to metal contact :/

So I picked up the big rotor kit and bracket and 4 piston fr and fl and an 80" hel brake line but havnt picked a master yet to run with the kit. It's for an 06 636 and I'm just learning. Any input would be helpful.
