I don't think it's the wait his concern about but the lack of communication. I waited 4 months, after i payed, on bill from fti. The difference was he always kept in contact with me. And that quick release bracket was $300 to NDC's $175. So communication is definitely the key. It also helped that I was still learning fb and had no business with a hb I guess.

Yeah its not the 10 days at all its that when i did try to get intouch to see how long i havent had any communitction. Plus if you have something in stock and not having to fab there no reason that it should take longer then 10 days. I do alot of buisness online, never does it take that long yes if he is having to fab it i totally understand.

i got his email he told me to call him but he still hasnt answered

Nate from NDC called me, he is a lil under pressure trying to get caught up on orders. He apologized about the lack of communication. A job offer came up to make some money and he took and didnt expect it to go as long. Like i said communication would of help but hell i understand hes maken it right in getting me my part woot woot. So i still do business with him
