Thanks! If your seat isn't fitting right, you could try pulling the staples on the bottom and then shaving some of the foam with a sharp knife. Then just stretch and staple it back together. You'll need a pretty powerful stapler though, I would check out one of the electric ones if I was going to do another seat. I have a pretty high quality one manual one from the home improvement store and it just barely goes into the plastic so I have to push the staples in the rest of the way with a hammer head or something. Use 1/4" long staples or whatever length you pull so they don't go too deep and wreck your cover (or ass!)

Ya i didnt build it up to much though its like 3 1/2 in and its just some fabric my sister had in her closet spare. I was going to go get the same 1 you did from michaels but i said fuck it. I didnt wana put money in to a seat that is already has a fucked up hole. I cut it out a couple months ago while it was still on bike and came out like shit
