what brake shoes do you use?

i have been having alot trouble with my oem shoes. i did the mod and it worked pretty well for a while but no i cant really even feel any braking power. so i ordered some kitaco shoes and they are in the mail. just wondering what shoes you use? oem, kitaco, ebc or any others?

whats this mod you speak of

shave the bottom brake shoe down where it hits the cam and it makes your brakes work ten times better. but for the front what i found was if you do this mod it doesnt work, i did not take in account that the brakes in the front are turned and on the oppisite side of the bike. so if you do the front grind down the top brake shoe where it hits the cam shaft. i think it just wears down your brakes faster because it works better.

just bought my first fiddy like two days ago, and I've tried everything and the brakes are almost useless. I dont know if it's normal or if i need some different shoes

its normal there is either a sticky on here or stuntlife that says fix your brakes for free. read it and works very well.
