My 04 F4i rebuild
#1
i 12'd a wheelie at the lot last month it feel immediate right and my barrel rolled 4times...heres the result...

broken clutch lever, broke the bolts on my brake master, a little more scratches on the tank, fucked up my subframe, tailight, and tali plastic. also messed up part of my wiring harness due to my ecu flying out of my bike during the rolls.

i wasnt in a rush to rebuild after loosing a good friend in a bike crash but i finally got it put back together after two days straight of working on it, i didnt take alot of pictures but heres what i did take

some of the parts layed out on the floor of the bike shop i work at named Riders

notice how bad the subframe is off alignment

midway through the tear down

the end of the first days work

Skip a few pics of progress but i got the whole subframe with all bolts and latches and a few other parts mounted and everything in place

Dual cal setup thanks to numbertwo, u rock bro

my stock f4i master was destroyed so i got a master off a R6S

i had to make due with my stock clip ons so everything is crammed together and spaced out vortex clip ons coming soon

my headers were rusted and ugly so i decided to wrap them
i also drained my coolant and added engine ice, its said to keep your bike a guaranteed 20degrees cooler than usual so ill see how good that works.

i mounted an 03 cbr600rr so i have room for my round bar that i will be ordering soon

after two days of work my baby is done

i cant wait to hit the lot with it and post up some pics of it in action! Its my first rebuild thread so i know it sucked but thanks for lookin at my thread

There a reason you dont wanna run a 12/roundbar? Bikes lookin good otherwise, def get you some clip ons asap though.

if you put on a stock (shortened if you will) pipe instead of that thing, you will not even recognize the idle pull on your f4i! f4i's really respond lousy to aftermarket pipes in comparison to a stock pipe..
