I will ask my mate who also suggested the same...ie using mine to measure from and get them cut.
Things you may not like
I had to remove the dust seal from the wheel but all bearing these days are sealed them selves anyway. some people remove them as friction ocd types will know.
I had to trim the wheel ie so where the dust seal had been it didn't come past the face of the disc... but it was so easy using an old disc as a guide and a hack saw and BOOM! job done.
like I said the best bit is the way the wheel comes in and out so easy as the nissins stay on the swing arm.
this is the second one i have made first one is (240mm disc) is now on a friends bike.
and has survived over a year of abuse.
