Ways to shave weight on fullfairing bikes?

I was looking at a full exhaust system but wasn't sure if it made a difference......What I was looking at was a Leo Vince full exhaust but the pipe are long and I don't want to throw such a nice exhaust on then cut the thing down and get it dyno'd

I run stock headers with a r6 shorty exhaust

i really think it is the cage and the brace on the frame. race upper, johnny p stay, aluminum radiator cage, exhaust, and no seat plate should help out.
