Ya, how\'d you do ? You finish, and if so in what time frame ? Was it as rough as they make it out to be, and did you do anything to prep for it or did you just wing it ?

i did well, it\'s tough, average time is 3hrs. Try and complete it as a team.

\nI was running 5miles a day and working out for 45-1hr 4-5days a week. It\'s 12miles running with 25 ridiculous obsticals and your soaking wet and cold the whole time. It\'s 75% mental i think haha

Has anyone ever participated in one of these? 10 miles and 19 military style obstacles, sponsored by Dos Equis!!!

I'm going to one in Austin on the 8th of October, I want to take my bike and hit up a lot or something while I'm there. Should make for a bad ass weekend
