\r\n \r\n A friend of mine had full disk replacement and has had a great recovery. He said it all comes down to how serious you take the physical therapy during recovery. They\'ve come a long way with that shit. Same with knee surgery. It\'s amazing how close to 100% you can get.

\nBest of luck man\r\n

\r\n \r\n I have two friends who had em. One was taking it real slow and nice and did all the physical therapy and is now fine, plays sports and all. The other one was a truck driver. After one month of his surgery he went back to work and didnt do any stops or all the exercises. He got another one 4 months after that and is now in a wheelchair, cause he didnt do shit after the second one also and go beaten up.
\nSo i agree with StrictlyStunt, that physical therapy is real important.
\nBest wishes to you and i hope uou get well soon!\r\n

Who all here is riding after a Spinal surgery? Any type of spine or back surgery will do, Im gonna have to go under again for either a laminectomy or some kind of full disk replacement (which I hope) hear its like a new lower spine with new disks.
