i was lucky enough to be riding fast and loud at my town around 3am while a motorcycle had been reported stolen, a cop car saw me up on one and started chasing me, i had a mp3 player on so i didn't hear them till the point they were right beside me with a shotgun and a 9mm out the window
I stopped, they blocked my bike with they car got off still pointing the 12gauge and the 9mm at me, i took the helmet off and they realized i wasnt the guy they were after...
I guess their adrenaline rush went off and they put the guns down, went back in the car and hauled ass on the wrong side of the street and left me there with my hands in the air

this shit pisses me off and reminds me of my run in with the corrupt pigs. walked to my truck outside the bar to grab a pack of smokes, had 2 beers in me, op asked me a question then said i smelled of alcohol, i replied well yea i'm at a bar. hand cuffed me for PI. i asked him why he said because he can. i said thats fucking stupid he then, while i'm in handcuffs, kicked the back of my knee so i would fall then rubbed my face in the cement. i kept quiet the whole time, my mug shot had me with cuts and scrapes on my face from the cement, cop simply said he found me that way, no video was ever taken after multiple complaints, phone calls that got me no where, people at the station who didnt care i finally gave up hope and let it go...after my phone calls and such once they realized i was serious they removed my mugshot from online...hmmm wonder why....NEVER GO TO JAIL IN DOWNTOWN HOUSTON....is crooked as fuck

FYI to anyone ever needing to file a complaint against an officer or police force.. DO NOT do it at the station or to a supervisor... it will get you nowhere... Simply request a complaint form from the station and it will have the address that it will need to be mailed to, complaints are handled by an outside source so that the truth will be discovered, not just ignored when complaining to another officer at the station (who is probably buddies with the cop you are filing a complaint against..)
Just my tip of advice...

This shits ridiculous. But i saw the same shit growin up in my neighborhood..swat and local pd raided apartments next door and the suv jumped the side walk to rush into the apartments and ran over a kid playing against the fence..kid died..cop still patrols the same area..everytime he rolls through it becomes a hood party yellin at him lmao.just shows how things are if your poor/not a snitch. you get no where
I was going to file a complaint but I figured it would do nothing but my sister filed and then she never heard anything.
