2012 Primary Elections
#1
Thread for any and all 2012 primary discussions:

My question, how does a man who, the day before South Carolina's primary, had to cancel an appearance due to lack of attendance go on to win the election by 15%........................?!?!?! Doesn't even make sense.

i was a little shocked with newt winning, he's crazy his crazy idea's like mining minerals from the moon. i don't don't thats going to fit in the budget newt, romney is shady. was talking to my boss and he has a higher tax rate then romney. what can i say i'm just a ron paul kind of guy. While not a proctologist, Ron Paul will save this country’s ass.

Ron Paul delivers babies without his hands. He simply reads them the Bill of Rights and they crawl out in anticipation of freedom.

I know what you mean. The media totally ignores Ron Paul. I mean the internet buzz is huge but it makes you wonder whats going to happen when it comes time to vote. Is it going to be another fake election like a few years back with G Dub and the so called "Florida miscount"?

Mitt loves to throw Newt under the bus for being on Fannie & Freddie's payroll by way of "consultant" but Mitt fails to mention he has a million dollars invested in Fannie and Freddie stocks. Things that make ya go, Hmmmm.....

One of the biggest stumbling blocks to Americas economic recovery is corporations can legally buy elections and then influence policies which move millions of jobs out of America, which escape taxation by off shoring profits, which cash in on wars, which press military industrial spending through the roof, he said on the House floor.

While we pledge allegiance to the Red, White, and Blue, corporations, whose only allegiance is to green, are selling out America and they are becoming ever more powerful because of a Supreme Court decision in Citizens United which effectively turns this government into an auction where policies may go to the highest bidder.

Kucinich has introduced House Joint Resolution 100, a proposed constitutional amendment that would completely bar interest groups from influencing elections by requiring that all federal campaigns be financed exclusively with public funds and prohibit any expenditures from any other source.
