Trying to get my lady involved

\r\n \r\n nj636 sorry to hear about your wife. I hope all is well and for a speedy recovery.

\nI bought Katie a fifty the other weekend and she loves it! She can\'t wait to do a wheelie but safety comes first. I don\'t want her to get ahead of herself and get hurt by being to eager.\r\n

\r\n \r\n She has to want to do it and have an interest in it herself....it\'s not easy starting out and alot of girls quit when they realize it requires practice and dedication...and maybe even getting banged up a little along the way lol.. But keep pushing her! We all had to start somewhere..\r\n

\r\n \r\n I don\'t need to push her she has a blast on that 50. She went down hard already once scared me more then it did her. We just have fun on bikes not trying to be pro\'s.\r\n

\r\n \r\n i agree with all of them. my girl used to be bored as hell as i spent hours in a lot. so i picked her up a 50 for her bday. wasnt expecting her to do wheelies wit it, just ride around and have fun/keep her busy. turned into her loving it and getting balance point down..\r\n

\r\n \r\n ^^^ That is awesome bud. Katie loves hers too if she rides a wheelie cool but if she just rides around on 2 wheels that is fine too as long she is having fun.\r\n

you know whats up, she can\'t wait to ride again... so bored and wanting to get out of bed already. she was scared of the crash but like you said she realized life is unpredictable and she came out alive...\r\n

Right now she just sits in the truck and peers over a magazine or a stack of papers she is grading. I tried to get her to putt around the lot on my bike but she is a lil nervous. So I want to get her a 50 and get her out in the lot. She seems to be ok with that idea: any tips for her or me to keep her motivated and get over the fear?
Thanks
