Ordered my parts beg of November bill sent the wrong part .. That was fine mas mastakes happen so it took me two weeks to get ahold of him then sent mine back to get the right one .. One month later still no parts I text him like his website says to and he hardly ever texted back he told me I would have a tracking number week befor x mas .. Still nothing texted him two days ago letting him no I was pissed so I get a call from him flipping out .. He has to be the worst person I have ever ordered parts from . His customer service is gonna run that company into the dirt ..

I ordered a bracket from him at the end of October and barely got it on Tuesday but it was missing spacers .. he flipped out on me twice bc I kept calling about my bracket after a month went by

dude if you ask around there are about 5 guys on this site and other sites looking for a dcb from FTI, myself and about 4-5 others guys i know have been calling him for about 6-7 months about a dual caliper bracket for the wr250x he is telling everyone in a month in a month its like WTF... you are right if he doesnt start changing his game up his business will fail... MISERALABLY

I looks at it of I was runnin a business I would want my customers happy so they tell people about it and come back And if I fucked up I would do what ever it took to fix what I did wrong .... But tin man is right u should fab some shit up!

Apart from a handfull of companies, (Atown,sick,Motodoc,RSC,etc) Customer service in the stunt industry is crap! Support the guys that use this site and spend a bit of time on the net/phone trying to help us out.
