Ill start this :
In the commercial for the new iPhone 4s it shows that there's a feature that you ask it a question and it answers back via talking. Is that and iPhone 4s feature or any other iPhone. I have the iphone 4

There is voice recognition on the iPhone 4 for voice dialing and playing music. You just hold on the home button. A lot of people don't know that. I wish Siri would have come with iOS5. I'm not sure why they couldn't do that. Probably just to get people to buy the new phone as that's the major upgrade they're pushing. I would like to have the new processor though.

Its the processor. They have ported Siri to the 4. It doesn't recognize on apple servers, but it runs pretty slow from what i've heard.
I would say they may open it to the iPad 2 because its the same processor as the 4s. and yeah basic voice control has been in iOS for a little while, just not quite as in depth as Siri and the word recognition is lacking(Much like most android comparisons)
