Going to pick a 05 636 tomorrow and start the process of making it a FF stunter. Anyone have any suggestion on parts or trouble areas they ran into down the road. Im looking to build it over the winter and have it complete in time to ride next year. Ill get some pics posted as the tear down begins

Mine does the same thing, leaky valve cover gasket is my guess...the reason it builds up on the right is because it leans right on the kickstand

It could be welded, but the engine has a fucked gearbox/tranny anyway

TBH, It was cracked for around 5 months an I just carried on riding it, didnt feel any different

How do you shorten your exhaust on this bike ? I have a muzzy on my that I dont want bc its to loud ...is there anybody that makes shortys...

U can do an 03-04 header with an r6v stocker and make Ur own bracket that connects to Ur rearset
