Very nice! This is exactly what I'm doing to mine as soon as I get the extra $$$ for an 07-08 hb bracket!
How straight forward is the 08 swingarm swap? I looked around and saw a lot for 05-06.... Loogie, feel free to chime in

You will need a 17mm allen to get the bolt out of the 03, use everything from the 08, the shock, the linkage, the dog bones. You will need to remove the right side dust seal out of the 08 swinger and put the right side spacer out of the 03 swinger in and everything will line up like it was meant to fit. Then reinstall the same way it all came out using the 03 swingarm bolt and nuts.

Came with an 05-08 triple on it... cut down the 08 one, and now we are golden...
Running into a couple issues with trying to run the 08 radiator.. gotta do some investigating and see whats up, may not be able to run it after all...
