Is an SSR any good?

A guy by me is selling an SSR 110 for 4 bills. Looks like its hardly used, or really well taken care of. Are these bikes any good or are they chinese junk?

Junk. SSR attempted to make a crf replica with better suspension and brakes. Suspension is mushy and shitty though lol. Only thing i ever liked was the disc brakes, but i would take my honda over an SSR any day. I would pay extra for a honda, unless you don't mind spending the 400 on the SSR. Never hurts to have extra bikes layin around, even if they aren't as good

junk, 400 isnt a deal for chineese crap.. just get a honda you will be much happier.. may cost more, but i garentee you it will last wayyyyyyy longer than an SSR... when everyone out in my town got into pit bikes, me and my buddy had crf 50's and klx 110,s and everyone else had an ssr, sdg, and a sikk... to make a long story short, none of there bikes run anymore, nor have they ran in a long time.. for puttin around the back yard, then go for it, but for bustin wheelies or rippin hard, get a honda..i remember when i used to race pit bikes a few years ago, i borrowed my friends sikk 110, because by the looks of it, the suspension looked great compared to what i was rockin.. but hell no dude, that shit was bottoming out when i would go over little ass bumps on the track, not jumps, but literally bumps..

I have a 50 for stunting. Im looking for something for my kid to ride in the sand pits. A kx 60 would be perfect but i dont see many of them around. I will pass on the SSR. Thanks.

depends on which model you have not all SSR are POS in my opinion...i have a Xtreme 125 pitbike and i love it i havent ran into any problems with riding it... part as kinda bitch to find for the knock off but a little google search and you can find everything

Xtreme and SSR are two different companys. The Xtreme's aren't bad for the price. But i wouldn't waste the money to stunt one. They are fun to ride dirt. SSR's are just plain garbage. They suck to ride dirt and they suck to stunt. Honda all the way.
