imo only thing worth something on that bike is the 88cc....if u just wanna stunt/street just find a cheap 50 i see them for like 300 sometimes and just put the extra money and time into it....i have rode my 50 in rush hour on the street along my house with full face helmet and people give me weird looks cuz i keep up with them (speed limit 35)

the way i see it is that i will need to put at least 300 into it..
big bar kit.. shocks.. maybe some stunt parts..

if i can find one already done for $600-700 then it might b worth it.. (please correct me if i am wrong)

+ a big bore kit = $800=900 for their bike ???

88cc kit is sold on 50stunt for 350...but imo not really necessary if you are just learning...and yes if you buy everything new then it will cost you a bit....really comes down to your own opinion...
