I am planing to bike across Canada 2012 or 2013... "in the summer". when I am 18 or 19 years old. I can bike 50Km in four hours and maximum of 100 Km a day "very tired'....

1)How to train myself???EX...3 times a week 50km/time
2How can I train myself in the winter..."without a bike"???
3)Finish my trip within three Months, how long/day???
4)across Canada mean... Vancouver to St.John's or Alaska to St John's???
5)Anyone have the rote with check-point IN "GOOGLE MAP"???UPHILL AS LESS AS POSSIBLE
