My Ironman 03/04 636 Build Thread
#41
I used to be a huge bike chucker. Not so much anymore but that's because I havent been pushing myself since I dont wanna break my Kawi frame so I bought an Ironman Frame when they came out and I plan on having it built up this weekend. This is what my Kawi looked like when I first put it together:

This is the motor that hopefully will be going in it. Having a top end problem that hopefully will get sorted out so I can use it for this build:

And here's the steel frame:

As it sits right now. I'm heading into the garage to get it to the point where it's a rolling chassis ready for the motor.

I honestly wish I could have done different colors with this build but I don't have the loot to powder coat and paint everything so for now I'm sticking with the same colors and if all goes well money wise over the winter like I'm hoping it will then the bike will get a complete overhaul come April or May. I'll post up some more pics later tonight

I don't have the right size line to jump the 2 calipers together. Once I get that Ima try a 6 piston hb w a 4 piston fb. Then Ima change it up and try a 8 piston hb w a 2 piston fb. Just need the line to connect em and see what setup I like.

After seeing gils setup I was wondering if there's any 6 piston radial calipers out there coz my bracket only runs radial calipers except for the mount for the 2 piston brembo. Ima do a search in a few and see.
