\r\nThe title not being in his name is not a big deal, but if he signed it and didn\'t get it titled it can be a huge PITA to get done as the third party. Should have been specified. Everything else.. we will see how the story unfolds.

I wasnt saying he is sponsored by atown but he sure does "represent" ATC alot all over ....and reread the OPs original post...Its referring to ATC like twice.

All cause I made the mistake of discussing a want to build a 636 bobber that had zip, zero, zilch to do with anything stunt related. just when you think you get to know someone pretty well, befriend them and all that, they\'ll pull a 180 on you and show their true colors.\r\n

ok. got a bunncha things to say about this good ole boy from arkansas shane...

-Lets start of with I bought a "stunted" 2003 636 for $3000.00 from him with a "clean" title...well the person that slidewayz bought the bike from signed it over to him and shane signed the title but NEVER sent it in to actually get the title in HIS name!! so i have a title signed over to shane from the previous owner! thanks alot!!

-next...i asked if the frame was good with motor mounts and cracks etc. wellllll the frame was powdercoated which is fine but thenn it was primer black over that on the motor mounts where the frame was previously welded! never told me that on the phone! awesome

i was told that i was going to get a box of parts with the bike..shipped via UPS..i recieved a bogus tracking number and when i went to the ups terminal they told me that there were no scheduled packages delivered from arkansas...shane told me that the package was DECLINED...BULL i gave him the address to my work. i cant stand when people lie..just tell me u dont wanna send me the extra cage...cluster and misc parts...no big deal but obv shane was just pushing HAAARD for the sale!

now for the parts on the bike.

in the ad it was stated that the bike had a powerz cage... i didnt know powerz made there cages with diamondplate mounts that go thru the frame! this cage was hacked and slashed in so many ways i could bearly turn the darn bike cuz the cage stuck out so far. wish i woulda got that box with the A-town cage in it...this guy is supposedly sponsored by a-town. well hook a brother up if u say ur gonna. not any money comin outta pocket if ur sponsored.

footbrake caliper didnt even have brake pads in it i got the bike with the pistons literally sitting on the brake rotor.

fork seal is blown..i asked on the phone if they were good...they are blown to the point where i can squeeze the brake as hard as i can and the bike cant even buy a damn stoppie! yea they are garbage forks anyways but for real man wtf.

o0o0o0o almost forgot about the ignition on the bike is a f-ing 3 way switch! i actually got a broken off honda key to turn the ignition on! SKETCHY!!!
