bike repo question

They won't do anything exept continue to harrass you and threaten to press charges but they won't do shit. Just don't let the repo man find it.
Hell just buy a clean frame, swap everything, and get rid of the old one.

yeah i tried just walking in the bank and just paying it but they said they wont take the payment. i have the money to pay it and even be a month ahead and they said they wouldnt repo it if i paid the 300 plus a 400 dollar repo fee even tho they didnt even repo it.

and i only have till tomorrow they said.

im just stressed out about the whole thing

they can't do that... they can call the repo off at anytime
(without any cost to them)

Maybe call the bank and talk to the Highest up person
you can and explain that you have the money to make
the acct right + a month and I would Imagine he will
be happy with it.. Don't talk to the guy that you delt
with...

I don't Know ONE bank that wouldn't be happy
with getting a acct paid up to date vs possibly losing
the acct...

true that. got a friend that had this happen. after a few months of them not being able to pick up the bike, he kept calling offering to pay to make it right and eventually they called him and said they would work a deal.
he ended up keeping the bike and only paid half of what was owed.
