What about just swapping the entire radiator?

600rr radiator will fit on the 03 04 636....then you dont need the extra fan

05-06 rad will fit on a 03-04 636. just need to put your fan on a switch if it isnt already, and you can take the 03-04 fan,and motor. And put it on the 05-06 fan bracket (the 03-04 fan is bigger, thus moves air better) and the 05 06 is a bigger rad too.

the r6 fan moves like twice the volume of the stock 03-04 fan.

+1 the r6 fans sound like jet engines and they are smaller than the 636 fans thus more room for mounting the fan.

I tried an tried to mount the fan up top like that an it kept being pushed into the radiator. Flipped it an put it on the bottom side o the rad an it worked like a champ

Ok so I ran both fans together on a toggle to my battery, my headlight on the same wire as my brake light which comes on with the ignition, rode street for 20 mins, then for another 20 mins, then bike wouldn't start cuz the battery was almost completely dead. Any ideas?
