i like b&h...their prices are pretty fair too and have a choice of alot of cams...you should see if you can get a used t2i if your on a budget...and they warranty it for $50 for two years

I was on a budget, but it got eaten up by house repairs.

Looking on their used page now. I dunno... I'm digging the t3i now that I've been surfing their site a bit.

east coast... they're already closed. tried calling to see if I could get a trade in value on my camera.

T3i! Your lenses will fit and it's a little more suited for video than some of the others. It's a step down from the 60D which is the cam I shoot and I love it!

Don't blow your whole wad on the body either, save some money for a good lens! Also, if you're gonna shoot vid with it you're gonna want to accessorize it accordingly!

I would suggest a good prime lens for the rebel too.
a 35mm and 50mm.

+100000000000 I just picked up a 50mm f/1.8 last night and it's sick! I can't wait to shoot with it. Extremely shallow depth of field!
