also...according to OMR there is a cleanable filter inside the pump itself..might be worth taking a gander in there sometime for shits and giggles.

ok so this POS is doing the same thing again, it ran good for 2 sessions and now its back to acting like poop...
i tried the above method of fuel pump cleaning (took it apart and cleaned the filter) and this didnt help my problem... i want this thing to be agressive on the gas not that it acts like its drowning ![]() pretty sure its nothing electrical cause otherwise it would not ran good for 2 sessions.. dunno if this is a air or fuel problem ![]() somebody chime in for assistance please!

I'm still having the same issues.. I changed the coils, put FI cleaner, put a silencer in my exhaust for back pressure, changed plugs, I thought maybe it was getting too much air so I blocked part of the air intake, tried running at different rpm's.
ALL of this did nothing... I think it may be in the fuel cause it seams like it's not getting any on low end. This is getting to be an expensive problem. and annoying. Next on the list is new fuel pump, fuel filter, air filter, and throttle body's... and an empty wallet

Well I talked to my friend who's a car machanic.. He's convinced I still have a bad coil that bench tests good but once heats up is not running enough ohms. I road a 636 with a bad coil and it ran way worse than this..
Is it possible for a coil to be a little bit bad or is it all or nothing???

I'm an auto mechanic, yes coils do read n act fine when cold n go to shit when hot n under a load... n some barley cause a noticeable problem, loss of power or erratic idle, and some just cause a horrible skip n make the motor barley run at all. Def worth getting a set n swapping since they on eBay for about 50 bones...
