worst case scenario is you gotta bad head, this happened to me. it would start and run fine then in low rpm it would stutter and act up high rpm was fine. after a couple weeks it was all done, wouldn't start water and oil all mixed. hope its not the head bro.

that sounds shitty, any way to check the head for leakage maybe without having to tear it apart?

My bike runs mint the first few minutes or if I let it sit for a few minutes. but when I slam the throttle it sounds like it's drowning in air and then it kicks in. Also seams to have low idle power. I put lucas fuel injector cleaner and it ran good for that tank but now it's back to the same damn thing. I'm gonna try the injector cleaner again and see what it does.. let me know what you find I'm working on it as well.

injector cleaner is also on my to do list, havent figured anything out yet..

another thing you guys can check is your secondary butterflies , if they arent working it will act like a choke which would make the bike run ok while it's cold but run like ass when warmed up

I sent you the picture from the service manual, the 03-06 zx6r throttle body sync is part of the factory maintenance plan. The capped ports on the front are the access points and the adjustments are Philips heads on the rear of the tb's.
