Stunt boots ?
#1
hi guys,

I'm a little sketched out about my feet being un-protected while riding ... had a few incidents before so I now never go out on a bike without my Motocross boots ...

but now I have an 04 R6 and motocross boots would be kind o ridiculus and big and awkward to drive ...

just wondering what is everyone using for foot wear ?

I don't want to buy gp style boots cause they don't look like much protection and are very thin looking...

I found these "shorty boots" : http://www.tremx.com/Shorty_Boots_s/1587.htm

as anyone tried those ?

any help is appreciated

thanks

Francois

I don't really hit the streets anymore. I used to just wear skate shoes when street ridng, occassionally I'd rock my A*'s SMX gp style boots. But I sold the boots when I stopped doing track days. I like the freedom of movement with skate shoes... but they don't offer any ankle protection. With the hightops, at least there is a little ankle protection and they don't restrict movement as much as a full boot.

I wore those A-Stars for a few years, as well as Sidi Streetburners. Now I am in Joe Rocket Velocitys. All good options.
