whether riding or spectating you purchase a ticket. when doing so you either sign a waver or with purchase agree to risk disclaimers of the track

True, when I use to paintball you sign the same thing and I heard of ppl still getting around waivers and suing a place I played at.

Not trying to argue, just questioning. I agree though, I wish theyd make some stunt spots......

around here skateparks and such just kind of hold you to your own so if you get hurt its on you, i think there are warnings and such at each skatepark here, iv seen kids get concussions, break bones and just get hurt doing crazy stuff at the major skatepark in town and no sueing or anything has happened yet....stunt parks would be an awesome idea, even if i had to pay a bit to use it i probably would just to know that i couldnt be bothered by cops, just not enough people here that stunt to get anything going yet
