yeah dog when I was learning to slow walk at idle I had a habit of grabbing the clutch back in just because i was scared just like you're doing.

I have a clip similar to this one on my computer somewhere lol

IM NO EXPERT but....
1. I think you should ride with other riders if your learning for safty reason(you want someone there godfore bid if you hurt yourself)

2. it sound like when you clutch it up your not stayin on the throttle

3. if your planing on learing try and haul your bike to the lot instead of riding it there bcuz you will not push your self to learn, only thing you will be worrying about is trying not to destory your bike so you can get back home

and last but not least COVER THAT REAR BREAK!

Yea leaned back too early. I was expecting it to come back and hit the bar but i lef off on the throttle too early.

I feel pretty safe even after those spills. Got my icon vest and kneepads and elbow pads on at all times. Plus if i hurt myself theres people who drive by ever so often.
Im not holding on the throttle. Im just giving it the initial burst of gas then pulling in the clutch or hittin the rear brake to drop me back down. Id rather learn to clutch to BP then chase it out to BP.
Wish I could haul my bike but my tiny little dodge neon is gunna crap out on me soon. BUt next vehicle will probably be a small truck for that reason.
And been working on that rear brake but hey im still learning so im bound to mess up every now and then.

I need to get out there with some other people. Need some input on the spot while im there. Ill make my way out there once your bike is up and running.

My man! I gotta say, and not being an ass*, but you falling and hitting rev limiter was funny as shit! I've done that same shit quite a few times learning. It's part of THE PROCESS OF LEARNING! But mos def, TRAIN yourself to cover that "holy" rear brake cause that guy will never "let you down" pun intended! And by all means ALSO know you have a big ass bright red kill switch you can hit in emergancy situations! Which you seem to be close to every time you go down! But keep tryin bro, you will get it soon enough.

No worries. Let the noob bashing continue, it was a funny crash . I thought i was gunna get it parked on the bar but once it started turning i was like oh shit shit shit shit shit. Still learning but ill get there soon enough.

Think I might hook up my tethered kill switch next time. That way the bike ill just turn off if i fall.
