yeah I have been doing this for years now. I train mainly athletes. I have a few Pro Guys and Gals . check out my website www.gainestotalfitness.com you should come to my gym and talk some time. I am always looking for good trainers.

thats what i miss is training athletes man congrats man love seeing successful people outside of the corp. industries......i'm just nervous to make that leap

Coo , how much was that guy deadlifting towards the beginning , i just started doin dead lifts around december , im up to 405 now, i love doin them

that guy was me and I think it was 405. yeah deadlift is fun I love it too.
