Bike looks sick man! I loved my R6

About the kleen air mod:

THe whole Kleen air mod concept intended on a stuntbike or any bike for that matter is to take hot gasses / oil out of your bike's combustion process. Stunt bikes benefit even more because we don't want oil in our airbox.

The goal is to take your crankcase vent and hook it too your factory AIS valves.
The AIS valves create a vacuum that sucks the hot air/oil gasses from your crankase giving you less crankcase pressure which increases low end torque and a slight bit of power across the RPM range.

Cutler has the right idea figured out. His added step increases flow in the AIS to pull even more vacuum.

As far as the airbox goes you just want to take it out of the path completely. Seal up all the holes left from the stock AIS hoses.

I'm surprised more race guys haven't figured this out. those plates are not the way to go. they are an actually unnecessary.

thanks bro. and sounds like your wr will be sick, pretty similar to mine. i got too much $ into mine already....lol

my wr250x is going pretty well, other than the fact i snaped the subframe where my foot bar mouted too had a few bad wrecks last saturday. 2 learning idle O's (i actuly did my first full O on there.... and went back so far with a good lean and scraped it half way thorugh ). then my buddy tapped it and almost looped it but saved it, and the finishing touches happed 5 min before we left the spot doing chainsaw burnouts....... it shot up and i tried to bring it back, but lost it. it hit the bar real hard on the way up, and on the way back down, and snapped subframe. oh then pancaked
it should be an easy fix since it only snapped where the bar went into the subframe tubing at the very end (about 1 or 1.5" inches in from the end). so the 2 sides just need to cut to match or re braced. but it was a fun day. ive droped the bike once or twice, but never anything like this past sat..... still totaly ridable...... other than the snap, broken shifter (can still shifted easy, its just the nub that sticks out), and dented DB bar, broken tail light, and a few scratces its fine!!!! thats with zero sliders (no protection). think about what those drops would have done to a new minty FF sport bike with no protection. i love this WR!!!!

yeah this is killin me. terenchal down poors and hurricane winds here at work!!!! it sucks i wanted to ride so bad. instead i went into work to cover someones shift so i can get a nice day off. but i need some seat time on the R6. i couldnt even catch idle when i took this bike out. i need a another test session, since i found out the clucth was messed up (not engaging properly) but still have had way too mich time off of big bikes

I had 1/4 inch but then got 1/2 inch... Id think youd want somthing that wouldnt restrict air flow so thats why i went up in size. But hell I could be wrong...
