Heres whats up, your a guliable moron who sent money to someone western union. By now he has filed for a duplicate title and has legaly sold the bike and you have papers that are only good in court. You cant file a bike stolen unless your the legal owner. Once he get a new title the police cant do shit and it becomes a cival matter. You will have to sue him and its a long process thats time consuming and you may never see a penny even if you get a judgement.
